Funeral services for Charles Leroy Pence, 69, of Gordonville, are set for 1:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Kremling officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, February 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
Mr. Pence passed away February 7, 2012 at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
Charles was born May 28, 1942 in Whitesboro to Goldie and Orbelle Wilson Pence.
Mr. Pence is survived by his sons Steve, John, and Ronnie Pence and by his nephew Jerry Pence. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
