Harold Zunk

Funeral services for Harold Bernard Zunk, 94, of Gordonville, are set for 1:00 pm Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Harold was born on July 24, 1918 in Toledo, OH. He passed away on November 18, 2012 in Sherman.

Harold was a Master Sergeant in the US Army. He retired from National Supply after thirty-five years. Harold loved to travel, and was the last surviving charter member of the Gainesville Boat Club.

He is survived by his daughter Nancy Westbrook of Newark; son Larry Zunk of Gordonville; son Terry Zunk of Red Bluff, CA; grandchildren Debbie Mattox, Cathy Huckaby, Allen Westbrook, Cheryl McRee, Michelle Hickman, and Jason Zunk. He is also survived by a sister Kay Lawther and 5 great grandchildren.
