James is survived by his wife Mary Louise Spradley of Forestburg; daughter Linda Spradley of Forestburg; grandson Cameron Spradley; granddaughter Topange Spradley of Forestburg; and a niece Barbara Moon of Brownwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
