Elinor Frances Gage

Memorial services for Elinor Frances Gage, 87, of Gainesville, are set for Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Chapel with the Rev. Don Yeager officating. Elinor passed away on August 29, 2013 in Gainesville.

Elinor was born on August 31, 1925 in Greenville, Texas to Glyn and Annie Reeves Alexander. Elinor married Richard " Dick " Morris on Dec. 5 1942, and he preceded her in death on August 18, 1997. Elinor married Bill Gage in October of 2000. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of Gainesville where she taught Adult Sunday School. Elinor also loved playing bridge, was a avid reader, and love to dance with her husband Bill.

Elinor is survived by her husband Bill Gage of Gainesville, daughters and sons in laws Carol and Bruce Revell of Boerne, TX, and Robin and Julian Garcia of Odessa TX, grandchildren Michael Peters and his wife Katrina, Lauren Hall and husband Jim and Alex Revell and wife Stacy, and five great grandchildren.
