Funeral services for Lois Ailene Roberson, 85, 0f Gainesville, are set for 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roslyn Eugster officiating. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday just prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Roberson was born November 24, 1929 in White Rose, OK to J.C. and Maggie Steenrod Idell. She was a member of Mission Methodist Church in Gainesville.

Lois is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Paula and Wayne Parker of Lubbock; son and daughter-in-law Leamon, Jr. and Jolynne Roberson of Blue Eye, MO; daughter and son-in-law Peggy and Kim Marish of Gainesville; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ray and Barbara Roberson of Thackerville, OK; sister-in-law June Hayes of Ardmore, OK.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leamon Roberson, Sr.; 5 sisters and 1 brother.
