James Richard Brizendine

Graveside service for James Richard Brizendine 86, of Gainesville are set Friday March 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Jay Culpepper officiating under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Funeral Home. No visitation is planned. James passed away on March 18, 2015 in Denton,Tx.

James was born on July 28, 1928 in Gainesville, Tx to John Henry And Emily Ellen Roarke Brizendine. He was retired from the Ft. Worth Police Dept after 30 yrs. of service and he also served in the United States Navy. James was a member of the Commerce Street Church of Christ and was a active member of the North Texas Society of Gunfighters.
