Pamela Jean Evans

Memorial service for Pamela Jean Evans 62, of Justin, Tx are set for Saturday June 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Geo. J. Carroll and Son Chapel with the Rev. Larry Kremling officiating .

Pamela passed away on June 15, 2015 at her home in Justin, Tx surrounded by her family.

Pamela was born on May 2, 1953 in Ft. Polk Leesville, LA. to Mervin Dean and Mary Elaine Smith Burney. She graduated from W. E. Boswell High School in 1972. Pamela married Doyle Ray Evans on August 24, 1972 in Saginaw, Tx. She retired from the Denton State School after 25 yrs and then worked for the Gainesville, ISD.

Pamela is survived by her son and daughter in law Cody and Lindsay Evans; daughter and son in law Sheree and Lloyd McCanless and daughter and son in law April and James L. Roberds, brothers Randy and Rodney Hamrick, and sisters Sharon Mitchell, Sandra Hipps, Robin Martin and their families, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Doyle "Pee Wee" Evans, and parents Kenneth and Elaine Hamrick.
