Gary Don Greenwood

Funeral services for Gary Don Greenwood, 54, of Marietta, OK, are scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Hillcrest Church of Christ with David Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM on Monday prior to the funeral.

Mr. Greenwood passed away August 9, 2017 in Denton.

Gary was born October 15, 1962 in Gainesville to Billy D. and Marilyn Ann (Yowell) Greenwood. He married Tina Schachel on August 8, 1984 in Gainesville. Mr. Greenwood loved motorcycles and spending time with his grandbabies. He was a jack-of-all-trades and master of southern engineering. A generous and hospitable person, Mr. Greenwood was the best person to talk to about any subject.

Survivors include: wife Tina Greenwood of Marietta, OK; daughter April Borden and husband Randall Davis of Gainesville; daughter Brenda Pearce and husband David III of Thackerville, OK; son Jesse Don Greenwood and Kayla Dooley of Marietta; daughter Jessica Nicole Greenwood of Marietta; 13 grandchildren; sister Dee Estep and husband David of Orange Grove; sister Billie Sue Ball of Lebanon, OK; niece Bethany Ball and Angel Garcia of Lebanon, OK; nephew Bradley Crouse and wife Meredith of Carter City, OK; niece Angela Rogers and husband William of Sante Fe; and many other beloved family members.

Mr. Greenwood was preceded in death by: his parents; brother Vernon Greenwood; and brother Doug Greenwood.
