Miles T. Clark

Services for Miles T. Clark, age 93, of Gainesville are set for Monday May 21, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Chapel. Rev. R.D. Wade will officiate with burial at New Hope Cemetery. Mr. Clark died May 16th at North Texas Medical Center. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-5 PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark was born June 3, 1913 in Cooke County to Thomas Hicklin & Ruby Lucille Loyd Clark. He married Nelda Wade on December 23, 1933 in Marietta, Oklahoma. He operated Clark Metal Works in Gainesville for 45 years and was a member of the Broadway Church of Christ.

He is survived by son & daughter-in-law Miles R. & Carolyn Clark of Crossville, Tenn., daughter & son-in-law Nell Reta & Carroll Johnson of Gainesville, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, brother and sister-in-law L.D. & Laverne Clark of Smithville, Tx.

He is preceded in death by his wife Nelda Wade Clark and son Dennie Clark.
