Mr. Paschall died on October 16, 2008 in Huntsville, Arkansas at his residence. His survivors include his wife Judy Blake Paschall of Huntsville, daughter and son-in-law LaNita and Steve Young of Huntsville two grandsons Britton and Beckham Young, also of Huntsville.
