Graveside service for Clarence D. Ridge, 91, of Gainesville are set for 2:30 p.m. Thurday at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with Bro. Mark King officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home of Gainesville.
Mr. Ridge died Feb. 18, 1917, in Pierce, Okla., to John and Mary Collins Ridge. Clarence D. Ridge was a veteran of the Army of the United States, serving from Oct. 8, 1942, until Dec. 12, 1944.
Survivors include his sister, Beulah Rhodes of Choctaw, Okla.; and one nephew.
No visitation is planned.
