Warneece was born September 14, 1918 on a family farm in Fannin County near Pecan Gap, TX to Warner and Carrie Carter Hall.  Warneece married her first husband T.C. Germany on November 15, 1944 in Nocona.  T.C. and Warneece were married for 21 years when he passed away in 1965.  Warneece then married William P Wallace on May 27, 1967 in Gainesville.  They were married for 29 years until his death in 1996.  For 30 plus years Warneece worked for the City of Gainesville as the finance director until she retired in 1984.  She was a long time member of First Baptist Church in Gainesville where she taught Sunday School and sung with the Joy Singers.  She enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting.  Needless to say she was an all around cowgirl. She also enjoyed traveling.

Germany of Oklahoma, Angela Mason of Oklahoma, and Rebecca Allison of Lufkin; several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Warneece is preceded in death by her parents, T.C. Germany in 1965, William P Wallace in 1996, brother: Hal Hall, and sister: Francyle Taylor.

Family visitation is set for Thursday September 30, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.  You may sign the on-line registry at www.geojcarroll.com.
