Funeral Services for Sharon Elizabeth Harris Fletcher, 67, of Gainesville, are set for Saturday October 2, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home with the Reverends Charity Harris and Lonnie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
Sharon was born in Walter, OK to B.C. and Mildred Chapman Harris on October 5, 1942. She passed away on September 30, 2010 in Gainesville.
Sharon belonged to the First Assembly of God in Gainesville where she was the pianist, organist,choir director, and church secretary until her retirement.
She is survived by her mother Mildred Harris of Lone Grove, OK, sister and brother in law Karen and Jerel Adkins of Lone Grove, OK, son and daughter in law Terry and Judy Fletcher of Gainesville, son and daughter in law Curtis and Marie Fletcher of Sanger, grandson and granddaughter in law Jason and Teshina Fletcher in Wichita, KS, great- grandson Lyndon Fletcher of Wichita, KS, sister in law and brother in law June and Roy Wilson of Dallas, sister in law and brother in law Jeanne and Sam Fields of Dallas, sister in law Mary Harris of Ringling, OK, brother in law and sister in law Robert and Linda Fletcher of Pampa, brother in law and sister in law Willard and Gerlene Teague of Springfield, MO, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lynn Fletcher, her father B. C. Harris, and her brother Ronald Harris.
The family wants to give a special thanks to the Gainesville Convalescent Center and Cooke County Home Hospice.
