Agnes was born December 13, 1916 in Muenster, TX to August and Augusta Flies Sicking. Agnes married Pete Prescher on April 22, 1936 in Scottland, TX. She was a loving wife and mother who worked hard to keep the house clean and good hot meals on the table. She loved to cook and bake particularly the best home made bread. Agnes loved to can fruit and vegetables from the garden, sew, and as a dairy farmers wife, which was not an easy thing, she packed our lunches for when we went into the field. We always had plenty to eat and when we got home no matter what time it was there was always a hot meal on the table. She raised 3 boys which is not an easy task but she always managed to keep the peace in the family. She prayed a lot and loved to go to church, even when she did not feel well, she still wanted to go. She always had time to help you out or talk if you needed help.
