Clark of Valley View; daughter, Shelby Lynn Clark; daughter, Serena Michelle Clark; father, Vance Fortenberry of Greenwood; mother, Toni Jackson of Oklahoma; brother, Philip Fortenberry of Greenwood; sister, Marsha Fortenberry of Greenwood; grandparents, Neil and Shirley Fortenberry of Greenwood; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Larry and Janie Clark of Gainesville; brother-in-law, Phil Clark of Gainesville; brother-in-law, Pat Clark of Gainesville; sister-in-law, Pamela Boaz and husband, Tim of Gainesville; and sister-in-law, Paige Day and husband, Chad of Gainesville.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. on Friday, February 18, 2022, at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
