Alice Beddie Scott

A memorial visitation will be held for Alice Beddie Scott, 81, of Moss Lake, at 6:00 PM on Monday June 30, 2025 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Scott passed away in Gainesville on June 27, 2025. She was born December 24, 1943 to William Lonnie and Gertrude (Miller) Holt in Knox City.

After 40 plus years, Alice retired from Weber Aircraft. She never missed an opportunity to eat with family at local restaurants. She enjoyed spending time at the VFW. She loved her family deeply including her dog Chevy.

Mrs. Scott is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Dwaine and Lou Ann Scott of Lebanon; daughter and son-in-law Beddie and Mark McCage of Thackerville; son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Veronica Scott of Thackerville; son and daughter-in-law Timmy and Dawn Scott of Thackerville; sister-in-law and her husband Charlene Holt and James Whittington of Gainesville; stepson Steve Jones, Jr.; stepson Richard Jones. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jessica Weathers, Jennifer Stuckey, Hunter McCage and wife Jacey, Jerry Maldonado and wife Kayla, Marc Maldonado, Ashley Scott, Megan Scott, Jesse Maldonado, Tanner McCage, Ty Scott and wife Caitlyn, Joshua Maldonado, Zane Scott, Shawnda Scott, Timothy Scott, Emily Wilson, Faith Scott, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her dad Jim Morris, husband Orville Scott, and husband Ronald Stephen Jones, Sr.
