Bobbie Jean Rolston

Bobbie Jean Rolston, 74, of Gainesville, passed away June 20, 2021 in Gainesville.

Bobbie was born July 11, 1946 in Gainesville to Nathan Franklin Rolston and Vera Marie (Blackerby) Rolston.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, going on walks, and sun-tanning on her front porch.  Bobbie taught herself to sew and crochet and made countless baby blankets and booties for her friends.  She was a happy and outgoing spirit that enjoyed shopping and eating out.  Bobbie’s happiest place was her church home, Real Life Church, where she attended for many, many years.

Mrs. Rolston was preceded in death by: her parents; favorite brother, Tommy Rolston; and sister, Frankie Harcrow.

Survivors include: niece, Becky Griffith.

Private memorial services will be held to remember Bobbie’s life.
