Bryan Craig Covington

Bryan Craig Covington, age 45, of Gainesville Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 4th, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Born on October 16th, 1979 in Muenster Texas, Bryan was the beloved son of Ronny and Sharon Covington. He was a devoted dad, coach, comedian, and caring friend.

He spent most of his career at Peterbilt, as his father did. The rest of his time was spent coaching youth sporting events, at the lake, or cracking jokes and swapping stories with friends.

Bryan will be remembered most for his quick wit, his fierce love of family, and his infectious laugh and smile.

He is survived by his four children, Ebby, Jaxon, Austyn, and Braedyn Covington as well as many extended family and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th at 2 PM at Geo. J. Carroll & Son funeral home. Immediately following, we will meet in Lindsay Park for a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Head for the Cure or a similar cancer organization.
