Gary was born November 13, 1947 in Gainesville.

Survivors include: daughter, Brooks Cannon of Dallas; daughter, Stephin Cannon of Gainesville; and grandchildren: Adrian, Aliahs, Marlow, and Coco.

Mr. Cannon was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mable (Hunter) Cannon.

A visitation for Mr. Cannon is scheduled for Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 1:00 to 2:30 P.M. at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home.
