Julian Amador

Julian Amador, of Sanger, Texas, passed away on September 24, 2026, in Denton at the age of 13. Born on September 17, 2013, in Denton, Julian left us far too soon, but those who love him hold to the comfort that he is with God and in a better place.

Julian was a bright and hardworking student who attended Sanger schools. He was enrolled in Honors classes and consistently made the Honor Roll. He brought care and enthusiasm to the things he did, and his love of learning was clear in the way he approached school and everyday life.

He also found joy in many interests that showed his creativity. Julian enjoyed cooking, reading, boxing, drawing, and building with Legos. These simple but meaningful parts of his life helped shape the memories his family will carry forward, and they speak to a young life filled with curiosity, imagination, and heart.

Julian is survived by his mother, Brenda Lopez; his father, Emmanuel Amador; and his sister, Alina Amador. He was deeply loved by his family, and his place in their hearts will never be lost. His father shared, “Daddy will always love you.” His mother shared, “I will always hold onto your words, ‘I love you, Monkey, to the moon and back.’” Those words will remain a lasting treasure and a tender reminder of the bond they shared with Julian.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, 602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, Texas, with a Rosary Service at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2255 North Bonnie Brae Street, Denton, Texas. A Committal Service will follow at 12:15 p.m. at Sanger Cemetery, 525 McReynolds Road, Sanger, Texas.

Julian’s life, though brief, was full of love, promise, and precious moments that will not be forgotten. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him and peace to the family who loves him so dearly.
