Jean Gronow

Laura Jean Lynch Gronow, 87, of Lindale, Texas passed away on May 6, 2026. She was born on March 11, 1939 in Woodbine, Texas to Leonard and Methel Pearl (Brooks) Lynch.

Jean is survived by her two daughters, Susan Renee Gronow of Lindale, Texas, and Elizabeth Diane Boyd of Gardendale, Texas, one grandson, Derek Daugherty, and two great grandchildren, Skyler Daugherty and Lexi Daugherty.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Methel Pearl (Brooks) Lynch, and her sister, Janet Aldean Hawkins.

A graveside service for Ms. Gronow will be held at Nelson Grove Cemetery in Woodbine, Texas on Monday, May 11, 2026 beginning at 1:00 PM with Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating.

Memorials in honor of Ms. Gronow may be made to a charity of your choice.
