Lisa Lynn (Patrick) Sandmann

Funeral services for Lisa Lynn Patrick Sandmann, 54, of Gainesville, are set for 10:00 AM Monday, October 17, 2022, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, in Gainesville, with Pastor Randy Webb officiating.  Interment will follow at New Resthaven Cemetery.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 16 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. She passed away on October 12, 2022 in Gainesville.

Lisa was born on March 10, 1968 in Gainesville to John "Pat" Patrick and Peggy Lynn (Lake) Patrick. She graduated from Gainesville High School in 1986. She was employed by Weber Aircraft, Don Lester Insurance, First State Bank, and York Eye Associates. She married John Sandmann on February 12, 2008 in Hawaii. She loved spending time with her family and being a Gigi to her three granddaughters. Lisa enjoyed family trips to the beach, wine nights with her Tribe, family cookouts, birthday celebrations with family and friends, and singing for special occasions.

Beloved wife, mother, daughter, Gigi, sister and friend, she is survived by her husband John Sandmann of Gainesville; daughters Paisley LeighAnne Russell and Peighton Sandmann; father John Patrick of Gainesville; brother Cody Patrick and his wife Jennifer of Gainesville; granddaughters Leighton, Averi and Dakota; grandmother Joyce Ann (Massey) Lake Crow of Sadler; aunt Beverly Ann Stone; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her mother; sister Leigh Anne Patrick; and grandparents Edward Wayne Lake, and Walter and Marie (Burrow) Patrick.

Pallbearers will be Cody Patrick, James “Lurch” Ernst, Larry Dickerson, Jason Russell, James English and Nick Sandmann.

The Honorary Tribe (friends since grade school) are Rose DeAnda Dickerson, Laine Williams Wolf, Christi Hames Perry, Lynda French Bentley, Lori Fail Polk, Michelle Evans Seegers, and Cissy Hageman Hoffman.
