Movita Ruth "Penny" Harris

Movita Ruth Harris, 77, of Gainesville, passed away June 12, 2023 in Gainesville.

Movita was born November 24, 1945 in Gainesville and attended Gainesville schools.  She enjoyed shopping, gardening, and was a passionate researcher of genealogy and family history.

Survivors include: sister-in-law Leshya Foster of Gainesville; half-sister Sherry Molnar of Moore, OK; half-niece Tammy Baczkiewicz of Dallas; son Lon Winchester and wife Carol Ann of Lindsay; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law Lawrence Sieger of Gainesville.

Ms. Harris was preceded in death by: parents Lloyd and Helen (Berry) Foster; son David Eugene Harris; sister Betty Sieger; brother Duke Foster; and brother Roger Foster.
