Joseph Paul Huneycutt, 83, longtime resident of Gainesville, passed away June 18, 2023.
Paul was born June 29, 1939 in Callisburg. He attended Callisburg High School and Cooke County Junior College. Mr. Huneycutt was a passionate gardener and fisherman.
Mr. Huneycutt was preceded in death by parents Pierson and Arlie (Fox) Huneycutt and wife Lynda (Lemons) Huneycutt.
Survivors include: son Greg Huneycutt and wife Alisa of Pickton and son Bradley Huneycutt and wife Kim of Denton.
A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 23, at New Hope Cemetery, Mountain Springs, under the direction of Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, Gainesville.
