Seth Randal Beane

Seth Randal Beane, 15, of Gainesville, Texas, passed away on June 17, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Born on June 2, 2010 to Toby and Becki Beane, Seth would have been a sophomore in the Fall.

He was so proud to be promoted to Uncle Seth, on June 11, 2025. Kaitlyn, his big sister (who was his favorite person on the planet) and her husband Collin welcomed their beautiful daughter Eliza into the world.

Seth loved being part of the Gainesville ISD Cross Country team (he was so excited and could NOT stop talking about improving his skills so he could try to earn a spot on varsity his sophomore year) as well as the track team, and was an avid video gamer.

We will remember Seth for his beautiful smile and tender heart. Losing Seth has left a huge hole in our hearts; he will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

Seth is survived by his parents, sister and brother-in-law, niece, his Pawpaw Hoot and Gigi Hoot, Uncle Randall & Aunt Ashley, cousins Ender, Maren, and Oswin Beane, and a large extended family and many friends.

Seth was preceded in death by his grandparents, Judy Long and James West and great grandparents, Bill & Avanell Beane, Gilbert & Mary Skinner, Travis & Doris Long, and John & Lelia Mae West.

Seth’s wish was to be cremated.

A Celebration of Life is pending for a date in the near future.
