Susan Marie Cason

Susan Marie Bengfort Cason, born in Muenster, TX on June 5, 1951, passed on April 29, 2021 in Denison, TX, surrounded by family.  Susan was the daughter of Leonard and Ann Herr Bengfort; raised on the family farm north of Lindsay, TX.

Susan is survived by her mother Ann; sons Ted (and Hannah) Cason and Sid Cason; grandson Ryan; siblings LuLu Bengfort (Robinson), Michael and Joyce Bengfort, Constance Gobert, Julia and James Whitcraft, and Joe and Gisela Bengfort; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.  Survivors also include aunts Pat (and Jimmy) Brown, Stella Hess, Anna Herr, uncle Tony Marr, and many cousins on all sides.

Susan was preceded in death by her father Leonard; infant brother John; grandparents Joe and Elizabeth Bengfort; grandparents John and Ursula Herr; brother-in-law Steven Robinson; and niece Ann Cheaney.

There will be no visitation at this time.  Family will hold graveside services and a private celebration of life at a later date.
