William C. Graham, known by many as Bill, passed away February 8, 2026 in Valley View, TX.
Bill was born September 16, 1935 in Parks, NE. He started school in a one-room school house in Dundy Co., NE and graduated high school after the family had moved to Colorado. He also lived in Kansas for a time and moved to Texas in 1975. While attending a church camp in Colorado, he met Rita Smith and the couple was married on August 7, 1955. Mr. Graham started in the construction business as a job foreman and eventually owned his own roofing company. His love of woodworking led to him starting his own puzzle business. Mr. Graham loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed taking his family on camping trips. He loved to see other people smile and would do anything to make someone laugh. He was also a talented musician who loved to play the mandolin and sing with his brothers. Mr. Graham also served as a Deacon in the church and he adored his family. He will be missed.
Predeceased by: parents Frank and Gertrude (Andrews) Graham; son Victor Graham; son-in-law John Fulford; brothers: Bob, Frank, Jim, Kenny, Ricky, and Carroll; sister Jean Bishop; and sisters-in-law Barbara Graham and Crystal Graham.
Survived by: beloved wife of 70 years, Rita Graham; daughter Sherie Hopper; daughter Patty Fulford; son Rodney Graham (wife Sheila); daughter Cindy Clinton; daughter Ronda Jennings (husband Jerry); daughter Kristy Graham; daughter Colette White (husband Paul); grandchildren: Bonnie, Billy, Marc, Becky, April, Kacie, Billy, Hunter, Lexie, Chris, Chad, Gregory, Corey, Katrina, and Hannah; 26 great-grandchildren; brother Edgar Graham; and brother Bud Graham (wife Sharon).
Services are scheduled for Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, Gainesville, TX. The family will begin receiving friends at 12:30 p.m. and the funeral will begin at 1:30 p.m. A committal service will follow at Valley View Cemetery, Valley View, TX.
