Elmer Lavon Lain, 67, of Gainesville, passed away March 25, 2017 in Denison.
Mr. Lain was born January 20, 1950 in Lorenzo to Lonnie Elmer and Selma Francis (Blackard) Lain. He married Stormy Gene Parkhill in Austin on September 6, 2002.
Survivors include: wife Stormy Lain of Gainesville; son Gregory Parkhill and wife Brandy of Lake Kiowa; daughter Peggy Melton of Fredericksburg; daughter Michell Jimenez and husband Jose of Garland; eight grandchildren; four nephews; and his beloved dog, Happy Jack.
Mr. Lain was preceded in death by: his parents; sister Peggy Cooley; and brother-in-law Marvin Cooley.
